1. Our community grew
In 2023, we experienced a steady growth in community stats and metrics! Our vibrant community had 285,458 newly registered users, with the total completed tasks and withdrawals being 759,781,540 and 6,552,769 respectively ^(*based on data up to 29th Dec 2023)^

2. Our social media presence increased
Across X and Telegram, our social media presence shone brightly as a figurative crypto moon, creating a lively and dynamic online space. With a little over 20k followers frens on X as at the end of last year, we're wrapping up this year with 43k frens on X and an impressive 10k+ subscribers on Telegram!
The growth of our social media presence isn't just about numbers; it is a testament to our firm believe that community matters a lot. With the power social media provides, we strived to build genuine connections with everyone through various events — Crypto Word of the Week, Dry Joke Wednesdays, Giveaways and occasional memes — and we're excited to see the ripple effects of our shared enthusiasm for cryptocurrency resonate across the digital space.
3. Solid 4.5 Star rating on TrustPilot
We believe each review has a personal story to it, thus our 4.5 Star rating on TrustPilot is a collection of narratives that reflect the genuine experiences within our bubbling community. In 2023, we received 988 new reviews and have replied to 100% of any negative reviews therein. These reviews paint a vivid picture of trust, satisfaction and shared successes. We're more than proud to display it anywhere anytime.

4. We turned 6!
On 2nd Oct. 2023, we celebrated our 6th Anniversary, marking a significant milestone in our journey. As we looked back on the years gone by, it became clear that this wasn't just a birthday; it was a celebration of resilience, growth, and the unwavering support from our incredible community since inception till date.

5. Half a dozen newly supported coins
From 17 supported coins as at the end of last year, we brought on a total of six (6) new coins into our ever-expanding collection of supported cryptocurrencies for withdrawals (*seven (7) if you count eCash (XEC) which was subsequently removed after a brief stint).
The coins which made way into our service within the year are:

6. Multiple UI improvements
This is an area we've never taken for granted. We believe in creating a user-friendly interface (Fact check: this short clip). Through the year, we implemented multiple UI improvements that underscore our commitment to providing a seamless and enjoyable platform. All aimed at making your interaction with our service more intuitive and visually pleasing, the changes ranged from subtle tweaks to significant enhancements. They include: new homepage design, revamped dashboard & withdrawal page, multiple filters on the offers page, improved dark theme amongst others.

7. Offerwall season like never before
We bumped things up a notch by instating a spectacular lineup of offerwalls within the year — each with opportunities to earn rewards like never before. From exciting surveys to enticing games and tasks provided from offerwalls, the goal was to ensure there was something for everyone to choose through the plethora of supported offerwalls.
The following Offerwalls made way into our service during the year: PollFish, Adscendmedia, TapResearch, Hideout.tv, OfferToro (now ToroX), LootParrot & InBrain from Lootably and AppsPrize offerwall.
8. Level readjustment for the greater good
In v3.10 update of our website (launched on 5th July 2023), we made a strategic move to readjust the way our levels system operated. With our previous levels system being unchanged since our service's launch, this decision wasn't made lightly, but was done after careful analysis to ensure a more balanced and sustainable platform for our community going ahead.
Though a tough decision, we're grateful for the steadfastness, sense of understanding and support we've received from everyone. You all are MVPs!
9. Launched fresh Advertiser platform
We upgraded and launched our brand new Advertiser platform as a standalone service, ushering in a new era for our beloved advertisers.

Tailored for simplicity and effectiveness, our revamped platform offers advertisers intuitive tools to showcase their projects to our engaged community. From strategic ad placements to detailed analytics, the Advertiser Platform was designed with thoughtfulness at heart.
10. Implemented contests system
Towards the end of the year, we implemented a dynamic contests system centering on weekly survey contests & biweekly referral contests, adding a thrilling new dimension to our faucet experience. Since it's introduction, we have managed to give out a little over 10,000,000.00 Coins in total to our participants/winners across the span of eight (8) weeks so far.
